In a hierarchical and medical dominated Asian healthcare system – Ishitaa and Rhea hope to instill the ethos of collaborative, interdisciplinary and sensitized care in a system of isolated practices. They aspire to raise awareness about eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors in South Asia and hope to stir informed change within weight-centric systems.

Ishitaa Bhatia, ANutr, MSc. (India) MSc. (UK).

Ishitaa is a consulting clinical nutritionist. Ishitaa holds a special interest in paediatric and the young adult nutrition. Her passion lies in counseling patients to bring about long-term changes in nutritional behaviours. Through her company - The Nutrition Project, she works clients to mend their relationship with food and their bodies, through principles of Intuitive Eating (IE), and Health At Every Size (HAES) approach. She has also worked with food companies in product formulation and other nutrition related advocacy.

Rhea Kishnani, B.A., M.A., Ed.M. (USA).

Rhea Kishnani, is a mental health counselor. She has significant counseling and teaching experience in the United States and her clinical specializations involve working with issues around anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal issues, empowerment and spiritual search for meaning-making.

She returned back to India in 2019 after almost a decade in the United States and has a private practice by the name of MIND HEAL(TH). She conducts psychoeducational workshops, informational seminars and places utmost importance on mental health advocacy.
